Bradley Bethel (Festival Director)
Originally from Ohio, Bradley moved to Carrboro in 2011 and became fascinated by Southern culture. When he’s not watching films, he’s teaching high school English or producing documentaries. This is his first year as festival director.
Rudi Petry (Design Coordinator)
Rudi is a freelance art director and designer whose previous work includes graphic design for Citizen Jane Film Festival in Missouri. She’s originally from Kentucky — which, to end the debate — definitely counts as a Southern state.
Huru Price (Hospitality Coordinator)
One of the festival’s most dedicated volunteers over the years, Huru is one half of the podcasting duo behind “Matinee Prices,” a show about cool films and movie nostalgia. Huru is a longtime Carborro citizen.
Bryan Reklis (Technical Coordinator)
In college, Bryan discovered his passion for telling stories through video, and he now works as a video producer. Despite graduating from UNC, he has maintained his lifelong passion for Duke basketball. Bryan is happy to call Carrboro home.
